Welcome! I am glad you are here!
I'm a university faculty member in a Human Development and Family Sciences (HDFS) program. I love my field of work, even if some days are harder than others. I love finding creative ways to engage my students, sharing information with others that can help improve their lives, and empowering students to critically question and to become lifelong learners.
I created this site to help all HDFS students and students in similar fields prepare for work that is focused on people and families. The views on this blog and website are entirely my own, based on my own experiences and opinions. They do not necessarily reflect the opinions of my current or former workplaces. Also, I make no guarantees about the outcomes of taking advice on this website. It is simply my opinion, and everyone has to make their own choices that are best for them.
